Speaking Programs:
Return to Innocence - New!
Life as a modern human can become stressful with little room for relaxation, play, creativity, and being amazed by everyday things. With a little help from "Mr. Rogers" and nature there are ways to rejuvenate and call back joy to experience the wonder and awe we once knew as children.
Earth - A Bird's Eye View - New!
In Native America birds of prey are thought of as "seeing from a higher perspective." This service takes flight with Eagles and Hawks who symbolically show us how to care for our amazing planet with greater respect and love. Learn from the birds about the mystical quality of the home we call Mother, and how deeply connected we are to her.
The Lost Mode of Prayer and Galileo's Wish
In this provocative program, Robin invites you to open to new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. As the song goes, "The times, they are a changin'!" She offers her listeners examples of how it is possible to move through adversity and invoke grace.
Faith Through Darkness and Light – a Message of Love and Perseverance
Fanning the flames of faith in good times and holding on to faith when the fire grows dim.
Breath of the Sacred Feminine
"Just when you are feeling powerless you discover something you've always carried within. Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine is a return to what is fundamental in life. The breath can open doors to wholeness and reunion with the Great Mother. Robin will tell a story of how focused breath gave her an expanded and profound sense of intimacy with the Divine in all things."
What If
A phrase from a childhood book stays with Robin to this day and sparks an idea we can use, not only in social justice work, but also in our personal lives. We are all deeply connected and what affects one person affects all of us on some level, whether for good or bad. Thousands, millions of ears are changed by the strum of one guitar chord, just as masses are forever altered by the release of a trigger that takes one life. What if we use this knowledge to change the way we approach our personal and global relationships? Robin’s theory is provocative and the possibilities are endless!
The Red-tailed Hawk
Robin relates the story of a frightening diagnosis and how interaction with one red-tailed hawk gave her the courage to get through the weeks preceding surgery. She leaves listeners to ponder our ability to establish and find solace and guidance in relationship with the creatures who share our earth home.
The Naked Truth About Love
Inspired by the loving ways of a 4 year old, this unabashed look at love will have you laughing as well as leave you with food for thought on ways to bring more Love – with a capital “L” - into your life!
Deep Peace
After training for nine months to go on a hiking pilgrimage through the mountains of Tuscany, within the first ten minutes of the trek Robin fell and broke her wrist, putting her career as a health care giver and yoga practitioner in jeopardy. Robin relates how the challenges and victories of her adventure relate to every day of our ever-changing lives. Whether we leave footprints on foreign soil or trek down a city sidewalk, we're all on an inner journey. This presentation is enhanced when you include a screening of the documentary The Camino of St. Francis, where Robin is featured as one of 40 pilgrims enroute to the 25th anniversary of the World Interfaith Peace Gathering. See videos of the event below.
The Christmas Secret
In this timeless story from Robin’s own childhood, we are reminded that things are not always as they appear. Robin recounts how, at the age of six, a trip with her minister father to deliver gifts to the poor reveals an unexpected surprise. Told from the innocent reminiscence of a child and the grace of seasoned perspective. To read Robin's story, click here
Ringing in Peace
A meditative, personal growth presentation with a ritual to aid and support us in carrying peace within. This program combines the Native American medicine wheel with an ancient symbol of awakening called the Emissary Wheel and introduces twelve attributes that when integrated may sustain peace within the self and thereby radiate out into the world. The program is particularly effective when used at significant transitional times such as Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumnal Equinox, Winter Solstice, or when preparing for a New Year.
Radical Peace
The act of peace takes many forms. Is peace always passive, quiet, and still? Or can it be much more? Read full message here
True Hospitality
Typically, “hospitality” is understood as generous and friendly treatment of visitors and guests or the activity of providing food, drinks, etc. for people who are the guests. Can hospitality be more? Through the art of storytelling, learn about an expanded view of hospitality that goes beyond standard definition.
